FRUIT

So eat your fruits in an empty stomach or
before your meals! You have heard of people complaining - every
time I eat watermelon I burp; when I eat durians my stomach bloats up,
when I eat bananas I feel like running to the toilet, etc. -
actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit in an empty
stomach. The fruit mixes with the other food and produces gas and hence
you bloat! Graying hair, balding, nervousness, outbursts, dark circles
under the eyes - all these will not happen if you take fruits in an
empty stomach. There is no such thing as some fruits like orange and
lemon are acidic because all fruits become alkaline in our body,
according to Dr. Herbert
Sehlton.
If you have mastered the correct way of
eating fruits, you have the secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy,
happiness and normal weight.

fruit juice

When you need to drink fruit juice -
drink only fresh fruit juice. Not from the cans. Don't even drink juice
that has been heated up. Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get
the nutrients. You only get to taste them. So stop making 'goreng
pisang' or 'durian porridge' if you want nutrients. Cooking destroys all
the vitamins.
Eating a whole fruit is better than drinking
the juice. But if you should drink the juice, drink it slowly. Because
you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it.
You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to
cleanse your body. Just eat fruits and drink fruit juices throughout the
three days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how
radiant you look! During the fruit fast, you can eat fruits prepared in
salad forms and make it look more interesting.

7 Easy Ways to Lose Weight

7 Easy Ways to Lose Weight Without Starving or Breaking a Sweat

By

Weight loss requires two things: burning calories through exercise and cutting them through smart food choices and portion control. In theory, you could create a calorie deficit by spending hours at the gym, but that's not realistic-or much fun. And who wants to live on lettuce leaves? Instead, try these seven everyday moves to drop pounds effortlessly.

1. Fidget
James Levine, MD, of the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, has spent a decade studying the role that everyday movement, or NEAT (nonexercise activity thermogenesis), plays in metabolism. His discovery: People who tap their feet, prefer standing to sitting, and generally move around a lot burn up to 350 more calories a day than those who sit still. That adds up to nearly 37 pounds a year!

2. Keep most meals under 400 calories
Study after study recommends spacing out your meals at regular intervals and keeping them all about the same size. Eating meals at regular intervals has been linked to greater calorie burning after eating, better response to insulin, and lower fasting blood cholesterol levels. When you eat regular meals throughout the day, you're less likely to become ravenous and overeat.

3. Take yourself off cruise control
Increase the intensity of your everyday tasks, from vacuuming to walking the dog, recommends Douglas Brooks, an exercise physiologist and personal trainer in Northern California. "Turn on some music, add in some vigorous bursts, and enjoy the movement," he says.

4. Drink 8 glasses of water per dayWater is not just a thirst quencher--it may speed the body's metabolism. Researchers in Germany found that drinking two 8-ounce glasses of cold water increased their subjects' metabolic rate by 30%, and the effect persisted for 90 minutes. One-third of the boost came from the body's efforts to warm the water, but the rest was due to the work the body did to absorb it. "When drinking water, no calories are ingested but calories are used, unlike when drinking sodas, where additional calories are ingested and possibly stored," explains the lead researcher, Michael Boschmann, MD, of University Medicine Berlin. Increasing water consumption to eight glasses per day may help you lose about 8 pounds in a year, he says, so try drinking a glass before meals and snacks and before consuming sweetened drinks or juices.

5. Step it up--and downClimbing stairs is a great leg strengthener, because you're lifting your body weight against gravity. In addition to taking the stairs at every opportunity, try stepping up and down on the curb while you're waiting for the bus or filling your gas tank, says Brooks.

6. Use grocery bags as dumbbells
Letting someone else load your groceries or carry your suitcase is an opportunity missed for strengthening and calorie burning, says certified coach Beth Rothenberg, who teaches a class for fitness professionals at UCLA. "Carry your groceries, balanced with a bag in each hand, even if you have to make several trips," she says. "And pack two smaller suitcases instead of one big one, so you can carry them yourself."

7. Eat 4 g of fiber at every meal
A high-fiber diet can lower your caloric intake without making you feel deprived. In a Tufts University study, women who ate 13 g of fiber or less per day were five times as likely to be overweight as those who ate more fiber. Experts see a number of mechanisms through which fiber promotes weight loss: It may slow down eating because it requires more chewing, speed the passage of food through the digestive tract, and boost satiety hormones. To get 25 g of fiber a day, make sure you eat six meals or snacks, each of which contains about 4 g of fiber. For to-go snacks, buy fruit; it's handier than vegetables, so it's an easy way to up your fiber intake. One large apple has just as much fiber (5 g) as a cup of raw broccoli.

change

Some people prefer to spend their lives doing the same things and avoiding changes . Others , however think that change is always a good thing . Discuss both these vies and give your own opinion.

people are absolutely amazing . They have different ideas about life but they live together . Some people like doing the same things they prefer to spend today same as yesterday therefore they avoiding change . On the other hand some people enjoy to have different days. They believe that change is a good thing .comparing these two points is not easy because each one has some advantages and some disadvantages .

Firs of all when I think about the first group I remember my grandmother . She had a fix program all days therefor she wouldn't like change her program . She woke up at 7 am all days then she had breakfast then went to walk for twenty minutes . all of her doings were at time . All days were same . She never didn't change her furniture .She didn't like to went to the trip . She was a lovely woman but the fact is she always afraid of change .Afraiding to change has the most important role in this group .People who like to do the same things afraid about changing their schedules . They used to do some works at same time .Another reason in this group is laziness. Some people don't like changing because they are lazy . They prefer doing the same thing instead of having action . Both of these groups will be tease their families and friends because of their fix program .Whoever the only advantage in this group is their schedules. It is good that some one will have program for all times of life .

On The other hand , some people enjoy changing so they belive change is always good . As a mater of fact , changing will help people tp have fun houres . For example one day they go to the cinema with their another day have a trip with family and the other days stay at home and watching TV . These people are more happy than the first group and probably they will not depressed. When someone change the furniture or furniture arrangement it let the positive energy comes to home so the people who live in this house are more happy .

In my opinion , change is absolutely amazing . It will help people to have good mentions so people never being tired because of duplicate programs .

In conclusion I agree with change and suggest it to all people who like doing same things .

The Internet and books

In the modern world , there are many things that may be useless over time and replaced with new things . For example  email substitute oldest ways of post . I think few years later usage of books will marginally decrease to the Internet . There are some reasons why I think the Internet is more useful than books .

First of all , all people new that they can find a great deal of document and information in the Internet . This size of document and information take large space that is hard to imagine . Many pictures , films , audios ,texts and multimedia documents are found in the internet . On the other hand when someone decide to find some information , it will be found as soon as possible . As compare to books , searching in the Internet is easier .

Another point in favor of Internet is that the Internet is more useful when we talk about news . The rate of publishing news in Internet is absolutely higher than the books . In this case books are not useful .

However , I enjoy seating on the sofa or lie in my bed and reading my favorite story . Transporting the books is easy and people can use it wherever that decide . It is not necessary to connect to the Internet or transport a laptop

Finally , when I compare the Internet and books , I can't certainly decide which one is better but I think that the Internet is more useful than the books but never I can't prefer the Internet to the books . In my opinion , people may use the Internet instead of the books in the overtime but books will not wholly replace by the Internet.

First of all , many people know that they can find a great deal of  information in the Internet . Too many documents and too much information take large space that is difficult to manage . Green house gases

The  diagram shows how would people make a disaster with overusing of fossil fuel such as gases and wood furthermore deforestation . The factories generating smoke . This intern result in increase of carbon dioxide and other gases in atmosphere . These gases dos not give permission to heat escape into space so heat is trapped . When heat is trapped , warming leads to increase of water vapor and more heat absorbed in to the atmosphere .
When carbon dioxide and other green house gases escape in atmosphere more than ever , temperature increase rapidly . Thus snow and ice will melt . After this sea levels will rise . Increasing levels of sea will destroy the houses , villages and towns who built near the sea it will make a disaster.
